A fun collaboration of local businesses coming together for a fun filled evening of artisan cheeses, local ingredients, and a delicious variety of kombuchas from Root Wild in Portland, Maine.

Host, Kaitlin Gee of Mrs.GeeFreeLiving - will discuss with Graham tips & tricks building a Gluten Free Charcuterie board with Maine Crisp Crackers (which are deliciously Gluten Free).

Graham of The Portland Board & Mobile Charcuterie- Join Graham, Owner and Creator for a live workshop as you create the perfect Gluten Free Charcuterie. There will also be a Dairy Free option board! In the class, you will learn the basics of cheese selection, pairings, tips & tricks, and board layout. We will also cover some intermediate skills -- that just may include that beautiful salami rose! Graham will guide you step by step as you create your own 8” cheese plate, as well as guidance on how to take the most Instagram-worthy photos of your platters!

Root Wild Kombucha - Founded by Reid Emmerich, was created out of a passion for fermentation and flavor exploration. They craft artisan beverages that are inspired by nature and healthy living. All of their kombuchas are gluten free, and many are created with locally foraged or farmed ingredients. Stop by the Kombuchery to see what’s brewing!

A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to Maine Needs -strive to help individuals and families in Maine meet their basic, material needs by providing donated clothing, hygiene products, household items, and other necessities. They focus their work on those starting life over from scratch: domestic abuse survivors, asylum seekers and those facing financial hardships. Maine Needs partner with schools, caseworkers, nurses and nonprofits to provide these material resources.
