Home of Gluten Free Wellness

My Approach

GeeFreeLiving creates individualized wellness plans with an integrative approach using tools, resources and products to establish a meaningful wellness roadmap for your life.

  • You and I will build a foundation to help gain knowledge, confidence and teach you how to sustain a gluten free lifestyle.

  • I strive to work with recommendations from your medical providers and craft a plan that is simple to follow.

  • I use my own personal and professional experiences and research based methods to create plans of action.

  • With honesty and integrity I empower you to gluten free living and reach your long term wellness goals.

Could this support & guidance be for you?

    • Have you recently received the news that you or a family member have to change your diet to Gluten Free?

    • Are you looking to feel your best self, or choosing to eat gluten free based on health reasons to improve your overall wellness?

    • Are you feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and needing support in your healing journey?

    • Are you stumped where to even begin?

This was exactly how I felt after my celiac diagnosis in 2015. Healing is not linear. There is a lot of information to comb through. Gluten Free at home, and outside the home are very different experiences. I felt like a burden to friends and family with my new diet. I was very anxious eating outside my home.

If you feel this way too, I am so glad you’ve found me, Mrs.GeeFreeLiving - Home of Gluten Free Wellness! I would love to welcome you and support you!

Hi, I’m Kaitlin

I wear a lot of hats- by day I am a Project Manager. I am a mom to young twins, and wife to Mr. Gee. They are my greatest joy and inspiration. After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease almost 7 years ago, and my twins having food allergies, they inspired me to share my passion and work with the world. I am a certified Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

You can find us on the weekends exploring our beautiful state of Maine. We love being by the sea, the mountains and finding all the delicious local foods and parks on our adventures!

“I was connected with Kaitlin via a friend when our 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease. Kaitlin has been an amazing resource for us navigating these big changes in our life, and has always been so responsive and helpful anytime I shoot a question her way! Having her as an “in between” along with our daughters GI doctor has truly been a blessing. In our house she’s known as “mommy’s gluten free friend” and she is a wealth of knowledge. So so thankful for her!!”
