Gluten Free Cookout Guide!

Using tools & products from Ocean State Job Lot

If you follow me over on Instagram , you may have seen my post earlier this summer about Gluten Free BBQ Tips! Now, with just a few weeks left of summer, the cookouts are still happening to celebrate this beautiful New England weather.

I have an Ocean State Job Lot store located in the next town over and it has quite a few popular Gluten Free products and pantry items. I picked up some tools for the grill to show you how to keep your food from cross contact. The snacks and other items I picked up, hope inspire you to bring to your next Gluten Free Cookout!

BYOGF - Bring Your Own Gluten Free! Set yourself up for success if you plan ahead. This may look like bringing your own Gluten Free beverages, food, and tools! I picked up a few pieces that can go in my “cookout kit” that I can pack when I visit a friend or family’s BBQ.

  • Grill Tools

    • Shish kabab kit

    • Grilling surface with tin foil

    • Container to keep the GF items separate after it comes off the grill

Condiments & Sides - sometimes double dipping can be a cause of cross contact.

  • Bring squeezable condiments, and your own marinade.

  • Keep salsa or dip in a separate bowl for your self.

  • Buy personal size condiments to fit in your handbag!
